Mohnton and the area to its west as viewed from the west. The old high school building can be seen slightly left of center.
Mohnton from the west, this picture provides a good view of the homes and factories that line Wyomissing Avenue. You can clearly see the dam and mill race that supplied water power to Leininger's Knitting Mill. The Hotel Mohnton and Mohnton Auditorium can be clearly seen.
Shillington as viewed from the south. The quarry that serves a soccer field can be seen on the extreme left. The county poor house can be seen on the extreme right. The city of Reading is near the top of the image.
